MY APPROACH

Compassionate, Root-Cause Focused, and Whole-Person-Centered

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your health is struggling — especially when you're not getting clear answers or lasting solutions. That’s why I take the time to truly listen, to understand your unique story, and to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal.

After 5 years of intensive training in Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy, including 500 hours of clinical training, I’ve built a solid, practical foundation in whole-body wellness — helping me support people in a way that’s both natural and backed by science.

​Alongside science-based practice, I also weave in the wisdom of Eastern traditions like Ayurveda, Chinese Tibetan and Unani medicines, drawing on their deep understanding of balance, the natural cycles, our inherent connection to nature, and the mind-body relationship.​​

My Story, My Healing

Healing is a powerful journey  - and we deserve to feel vibrant, balanced, and empowered in our  own health.

A little About Myself

 Anyone who knows me well knows I didn’t always live a healthy lifestyle. In fact, I was quite the opposite—a bit wild and all-or-nothing.

 

For over 20 years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting—constantly cycling between strict diets and periods of binge eating—and never truly feeling at peace with food or my body. On top of that, since my teens I suffered from severe premenstrual symptoms which made my energy and emotions even more unpredictable. Alongside all of this came years of hard partying and unhealthy habits that only pulled me further away from balance.

 

After having a healthy child and pregnancy at 35, although unaware of it my health and wellbeing were already fragile. Then, at 38, I went through a heartbreaking miscarriage, which intensified everything I was already struggling with.

I felt exhausted, emotionally drained, suffering from insomnia, constipation, chronic pelvic pain, mood swings, heavy pre-menstrual symptoms, and completely disconnected from my body.

Disillusioned with conventional medicine, I knew I had to find another way to heal — that’s when I discovered Naturopathy. Naturopathy made me realise that, despite thinking I’d always been healthy, I hadn’t been truly well in a long time. It showed me how powerful food, nature, and taking charge of your own health can be.

 

Over time, I grew stronger, my symptoms cleared, I became much more emotionally stable, developed a healthier relationship with food with no more weight fluctuations, and overall became much more in tune with my body — and that transformation sparked a deep curiosity to learn more.

 

What started as a personal journey soon became a passion. I went on to train in Naturopathic Nutrition and quickly fell in love with the practice, eventually qualifying as a Naturopath.

 

Now, I’m passionate about helping other women experience their own transformation.
