Your first consultation is a spacious, in-depth session — usually lasting around 2 hours, but there's flexibility if you feel the need to share more. This is your time to be heard, without rush.

These sessions build on the work we begin in your initial consultation. Everyone’s journey is different
- some benefit from regular sessions, others check as needed. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
They are usually 1 hour and give us a chance to:

Initial Consultation – €75 (approx 2hours)
A deep dive into your health story, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll begin building a personalised wellness plan that fits your unique needs.

Follow-Up Sessions – €65 (approx 1 hour)
Ongoing support to review progress, adjust your plan, and continue uncovering what your body needs to heal and thrive.
